Day 1 - Departure City - Bangkok


Departure on a flight to Bangkok. Overnight on board.

Day 2 - Bangkok


Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.

Day 3 - Bangkok


Breakfast
Departure by bus from the hotel for a tour of the main avenues of Bangkok, arriving at the bustling Chinatown neighborhood where we will make our first stop: the Wat Traimit Temple, also known as the Golden Buddha Temple, which houses a 5-ton solid gold Buddha statue full of history, as it remained hidden for centuries after being covered in plaster to avoid its destruction during the war.
Our next stop will be the Wat Pho Temple, also known as the Reclining Buddha Temple, home to one of the largest reclining Buddhas in the world, 46 meters long, with spectacular engravings of 108 images representing positive actions of Buddhism on its feet. On the way back to the hotel, we will visit the state-owned gemstone factory.

Day 4 - Bangkok


Breakfast
Free day to continue exploring the city or participate in one of the optional excursions. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Angthong - Phitsanulok


Breakfast and lunch
Departure from Bangkok to the north. Our first stop will be in Ayutthaya, the former capital of the Kingdom of Siam and the country's archaeological center, where we will visit its most representative temples and ancient fortifications. Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1991, is a magical place and a must-visit for history lovers and ancient civilizations.
Next, we will head to Ang Thong city where we will visit the Wat Muang temple, famous for housing the largest seated Buddha figure in Thailand and the ninth-largest in the world, nearly 100 meters tall.
Lunch on the route. Afterward, we will head to Phitsanulok, located in the heart of Thailand and considered one of the country's most important Buddhist pilgrimage centers. During the journey, we will witness the changing landscape, becoming increasingly lush and green, foreshadowing the jungle landscapes of the northern country.
We will arrive in Phitsanulok in the afternoon. Overnight.

Day 6 - Phitsanulok - Sukhothai - Chiang Rai


Breakfast and lunch
Early morning, for those interested, we will go near the hotel to offer alms to the monks and experience one of the most important rituals in Buddhist culture.
Breakfast and departure to the city of Sukhothai. The highlight of the day will be the archaeological park that houses this city, a UNESCO World Heritage site for its incredible beauty and its showcase of several centuries of prosperity in Thai civilization, building monumental cities and sophisticated temples.
Once the visit is over, we will head to Chiang Rai via Lampang, enjoying the wonderful views along the way and Prayao Lake. Lunch along the route. Arrival in Chiang Rai in the afternoon and overnight.

Day 7 - Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai


Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast. Visit to the "Golden Triangle" of the Mekong River, covering areas of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, historically dedicated to the opium trade. Therefore, once there, we will visit the "Opium Museum" located in Chiang Rai. From there, before the mandatory stop at Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), we will head to the new and striking Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple), where we will find paintings in a similar style to the White Temple as its architect trained there for many years.
Stop at the spectacular and contemporary Wat Rong Khun, where the color white symbolizes purity and the crystal symbolizes the wisdom of Buddha as the "light that shines in the world and the universe." Villagers believe that Buddha crossed the temple bridge to preach the doctrine for the first time.
Departure to Chiang Mai.
Lunch on the route. In the afternoon, arrival in Chiang Mai and overnight.

Day 8 - Chiang Mai


Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast and transfer to the elephant camp, located in the jungle, where we will see a demonstration of strength and skill from these magnificent creatures. After this short exhibition, our safari will begin riding on elephants, following the river's path and crossing thick jungle vegetation to reach a location where different ethnic tribes of the country coexist, including the striking Long Neck Women from Mae Hong Son.
Lunch and visit to an orchid plantation to witness the unmatched beauty of this beautiful floral species. In the afternoon, we will ascend the mountain to the well-known Doi Suthep Temple, from where we will enjoy a panoramic view of Chiang Mai in all its splendor. Transfer to the hotel and free time. Overnight.

Day 9 - Chiang Mai - Pai


Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast and the start of the “Mae Hong Son Loop” route, a 3-hour drive through the spectacular Mae Malai jungle to Pai. Along the way, we will visit the twin Mok Fa waterfalls, located in a lush forest filled with moss, ferns, and gigantic trees.
We will continue northward, visiting the Pong Duet hot springs national park, where we can observe the famous geysers erupting up to 2.5 meters every 30-40 seconds. Before reaching our destination, we will stop at the picturesque Kongland (Pai Canyon), a large eroded cliff and the best scenic viewpoint to witness the stunning views.
Next, we will head to the Iron Bridge, built during World War II by Japanese troops stationed in Pai.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will visit some Burmese-style temples, such as Wat Nam Hu, which houses a sacred image of Chiang Saen Buddha, around 60cm wide and 76cm tall.
To end the day, we will witness the sunset from the Mae Yen Buddhist temple and enjoy the beauty of Pai's landscape. Overnight.

Day 10 - Pai - Mae Hong Son


Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast. Departure from Pai, driving through jungle-covered mountains for about 3 hours to Mae Hong Son. Along the way, we will visit the famous Lod Cave, where we will take a bamboo raft ride through the river inside the cave. The huge cave is beautifully decorated with colorful stalagmites and stalactites, creating a unique panorama. We will also visit the Fish Cave.
Our next stop will be the Ban Jabo terrace, a unique spot with stunning views of the region, surrounded by mountain ranges. With panoramic photos taken, we will continue the route to the Su Tong Pae bamboo bridge, a beauty stretching 500 meters across rice fields and the Mae Sa Nga river, connecting the temple at one end with the village of Kung Mai Saak.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will take a traditional boat for about an hour to navigate the Pai River and reach the Karen Paduan village, famous for its "long neck" women. The Karen women wear numerous brass rings around their necks and legs, symbolizing beauty and wealth.
Later, transfer to the hotel and overnight.

Day 11 - Mae Hong Son - Mae Sariang


Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast. Visit to Wat Chong Klang Temple and Wat Doi Kong on the hill overlooking the city of Mae Hong Son. Then, we will visit the Pha Bong hot springs in a beautiful garden and vegetation setting.
We will continue to Khun Yaum to visit the Memorial Hall of the Friendship between Thailand and Japan, built during the Japanese occupation of the area during World War II.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Five kilometers before reaching Mae Sariang, we will climb to the crest of the steep hill where Wat Phra That Chom Kitti is located, offering beautiful views of the Yuam Valley and surrounding mountains, weather permitting.
On the way down, we will visit a temple in Mae Sariang city, and after a relaxing evening, we will reach the hotel. Overnight.

Day 12 - Mae Sariang - Chiang Mai - Departure City

 

Breakfast
Breakfast. Visit to Ob Luang Gorge National Park, known as "Thailand's Grand Green Canyon." We will continue to Chiang Mai city, where you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back. Overnight on board.

 

Day 13 - Arrival City

 

Arrival. End of the trip.

  • €60 (VAT included) per person as a management fee, plus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • 30 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the total price

  • 19 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total price

  • 9 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the total price

  • 6 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total price

  • This cancellation policy applies to the valuation of land services. Cancellation fees for airline tickets will be communicated at the time of booking, as they depend on the airline and the fare class.
