Although the Philippines is a safe country that stands out for the friendliness of its people, we do recommend a travel insurance, especially if you are going to practice water sports.

It should be remembered that the Philippines is a country with adverse weather and volcanic activity. As Spanish citizens/residents, we are not covered by the Social Security system, therefore, if you have any setback, the medical cost will be high.

In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, Allan and Jenny founded Kara Tours, an online travel company that specializes in the Philippines.
Establishing close connections with Filipinos residing in Spain, we have developed expertise in assisting them with their travel needs during one of the most challenging periods in history for travel (COVID19).
